A Letter From Diane

Your support is needed to help provide high-quality, affordable healthcare to underserved individuals and families in our community. At Empower "U", we believe that access to healthcare is a fundamental human right.

We provide a wide range of essential services, including but not limited to:

• Primary care: Routine checkups, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.

• Dental care: Dental exams, cleanings, and extractions.

• Pediatric Care: Checkups, Screenings, Sick Visits, New Born Visits

• HIV/AIDS care: Medical treatment, counseling, and support services.

• Free STD/STI Screening: Testing for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, and hepatitis.

• Mental health services: Therapy, counseling, and support groups.

• Case management: Assistance with social services, housing, and other essential needs.

Many of our patients face significant barriers to accessing healthcare, including poverty, lack of insurance, and discrimination. Your generous support is crucial in helping us overcome these obstacles and ensure that everyone in our community has access to the care they need.

With your help, we can:

• Keep our doors open: Provide essential healthcare services to those who rely on us.

• Fund critical programs: Support innovative programs that address the unique needs of our patients, such as mobile clinic, free condom vending machines, sexual education for adolescents, HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment programs, mental health services, and support groups.

• Provide financial assistance: Help patients cover the cost of housing, medications, co-pays, and other healthcare expenses.• Recruit and retain talented staff: Attract and retain compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals.

• Expand our Clinic and offerings: Open new locations and provide more medical services.

Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a significant difference in the lives of our patients. Your support allows us to provide hope, healing, and a brighter, healthier future for those in need.

Please consider making a gift to Empower "U" today.

Thank you for your compassion and for joining us in our mission to provide quality healthcare to all members of our community.

Sincerely, Diane Williams CEO, Empower U Community Health Center
