Amara La Negra – Love and Hip-Hop Miami star and spokesperson for the Celebrate Life Campaign, joins the CEO of Empower U Community Health Center, Belita Wyatt, City of North Miami’s Vice Mayor Alix Desulme and Mayor Maria Cubillos, President of Miami Dade County League of Cities to unveil the Unite to Fight Against HIV/AIDS Bus Shelter and Bench Campaign for National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day on Friday, February 7, 2020. Amara La Negra will kick off the day with a ribbon cutting ceremony for the first shelter followed by a media tour to local radio stations and a briefing with the Chief Medical Officer for Empower U Community Health Center located at 7900 NW 27th Avenue, Miami, Florida on the status of HIV/AIDS in Miami Dade County.
